Teller Nasra the most incompetent worker I've ever met, she didn't know how to give me cash, she asked me to wait for another worker who was in line! Thanks to personal banker Ty, he solved the problem

This ATM often wont allow deposits for some unknown reason. Also the sign on the door says its open from 5AM-11PM every day, but Ive been there multiple times around 10PM and the door wont open with my debit card, as it usually does. Hugely inconvenient as its the only one in the area.

Awful experience at this branch. I attempted to transfer money between my checking and a special kind of account- which I had already called about and was instructed to go into the branch to complete. This apparently routine operation had some issue and I waited for 30 minutes while they were on the phone trying to figure it out. At the end of it all, the banker instructed me to call customer service again and get the instructions, write them down, and bring them back to the branch to instruct the banker how to complete it. Then I was told they were super busy over the next few days and likely wouldnt be able to fit me in. Never going back to this location again, even though its the only one somewhat close to me. Very disappointed in my experience and Wells Fargo as a whole. Also, the ATM at this location is constantly unavailable for depositing cash, checks, etc. What a joke.
