No one was onsite for the tour despite getting a confirmation the day before and a reminder the morning of. I waited for about 30 minutes before leaving

Made an appointment for tour and no one was there. Emailed and called but got ghosted. It was within their regular business hours per their site and the sign, but no one was at the leasing office.

I lived in stackhouse for 2 years. I have stayed in both 420 and 1280. I have not had any issues. Maintenance staff are excellent. Leasing is busy most often but thats not a negative. They are very responsive on email.

This is really outrageous. I was scheduled a tour on Oct 29 at 2 pm. When I arrived on said time, no one was there. On Nov 12, I was scheduled at 11 am again, this time on a phone call and after arriving, there was still no one there. What kind of management is this? Is this supposed to be a joke?
