        There were frequent package thefts while I was a tenant here. The walls were pretty thin between units and there was little privacy. Parking is 350 a month and on top of the expensive rent, that is really high for the area. The rent is overpriced for the area. There are basically no amenities and the building is old. The units are not that fancy either.

        Dishonest leasing specialists. The prices they post online are misleading and they try to upcharge in person.

        Love living at Quilt! Just renewed lease for another year. Location is perfect for me. Really like being close to the stadiums and amazing restaurants. Alex and team are super responsive and helpful.
