        Apartments are really clean and the office staff is helpful. Christina Honeycutt was very professional and courteous.

        Do not stay at here. This is not a good neighborhood; its full of homeless. We have hot water issue since summer and the leasing office doesnt care even its winter and freezing af now. They dont offer any compensation for poor living quality and bump up the rent this year simply because everyone bumps up the rent too. This place is a scam for people just move in to Seattle; they try to fool people not familiar with this area and think this is one of the decent SLU apartments.

        Moving in on Sunday, but so far so good. Morgan has been an absolute rock star getting me all set up in short notice. super welcoming, super quick with responses, and very good at explaining what the property has to offer. look forward to joining the community with my dog!
