        staff there are incredibly inexperienced and uncommunicative. i cancelled my application within 24 hours of applying which qualified for a full refund on the $300 deposit. it has been over two months and i have yet to receive my money back. the lady i talked to about 5 times now tells me it takes "up to 4 weeks" for the refund to go through, and that she doesn't know anything else. super unsatisfied with the customer service. got sent to voicemail about 10 of the 15 times whenever i tried calling.
