Tellus on Dexter

Start to look a new apartment. Trying to contact their management team, but already feels the laziness of the team. May not consider to live there.

Recommended apartment. Great service and management. Area is right behind SLU and lot many options of the restaurants

I scheduled a tour, no one was there and I waited 10 minutes, tried to call and nobody responded. Later, they sent an email saying I wasn't there. What a joke.

I keep renewing my lease here as I've only had a positive experience. I wouldn't say there's nothing extra special about Tellus with pretty standard amenities and units. However, the building is always kept clean, well-maintained, incredibly responsive maintenance and leasing team with little to no issues during my time here. The walls are pretty thick so the units are quiet, but can hear when you are out in the hallways. Location is 10/10 with SO many bus stops within the vicinity. I feel at peace in this property!

Have taken a tour of the apartment. Carrie was extremely helpful and amazing - shown us the apartment and the units, explained all things and have been very responsive for any queries. The apartment is clean and beautiful and is pretty close to the tech offices.
