Ezzie, it saddens us to see that your opinion of our community was so low at the time of your departure. We try to be as transparent as possible with turnover costs, and only charge what is necessary to return your unit back to move in condition. Regarding our renewals, we follow market conditions very closely and our rates are based on the home, services and amenities we provide. Our best rates are often on our longer lease terms, and your rent is guaranteed not to change for the duration of your lease. Shorter lease term options are provided for the flexibility of expiring at a time that is most convenient for our residents, but do have the potential to increase your rent (at the end of your contract) sooner than a longer lease option. If you have questions regarding your final accounting or our renewals process, we invite you to contact us in the Leasing Office so we can provide additional clarification.
