        Sebastian and Chris were especially helpful and communicative whenever I needed assistance, whether it was with repairs or extending my lease. Sebastian is especially friendly and worked extensively with me to figure out move in, lease renewal and general cost questions/policies.

        I lived here temporarily and enjoyed my experience. Sebastian and Danielle were awesome, they were always so welcoming and helpful! Great location and staff.

        Lived here July 2022-July 2023. Nice property managers and maintenance was always quick. However they ignore you when convenient - I was overcharged for utilities and had documentation to prove it but the issue was ignored and never followed up. They also never refunded my security deposit or even sent a correspondence as to why. When I inquired I was again ignored. Overall Cue owes me $550 but its too much of a hassle to get it out of them. Sigh.

      Hi Robert,I don't see a record of you trying to reach out to Cue on my end. When filling out your move out statement there is a portion that goes over deposits and cleaning fees, this is also something I go over with each tenant before moving out.
