The Residences at Rainier Square

Dont expect to get your deposit back from this place. Its been months since I moved out, and still no check. They do not pick up phones or reply to emails after you move out. Occasionally, they would say let me check on that or your check has already been sent, but so far all lies. The 5 star reviews here are all manufactured from their staff. Do not trust them!

Beautiful place, but unprofessional management. I had a great time living in Rainier Square, but it has been 4 months since I moved out, and I've still not gotten my deposit back that is nearly $6,000. I've been reaching out to management every single week. Either they don't reply, or they keep telling me the check is on its way, but it's nowhere to be found. Been such a nightmare dealing with these people.

I love the residences at rainier Square, they have such a great team that is more than helpful. In particular, Eddie is absolutely the beyond amazing. I truly believe this place couldn't function without him. Not only does he always have a smile on his face he goes above and beyond for everyone here. Eddie knows everything you need to know. Absolutely a blessing to have him here and you will never find another like him! He makes you feel like you have a family here that is always willing to help!

We moved into the Residences 5 months ago. Our experience has been nothing short of spectacular. The community is absolutely breathtaking with sweeping views of Puget Sound, the mountain ranges, and downtown. The community spaces are impeccably decorated, wide open, with so many different places to relax, and entertain. The decor is stunning throughout and truly makes one feel as if they're on vacation at a 5-star resort. Private community spaces are free to rent and fun activities abound -- they have a pool table, shuffle board, what seems like every board game ever made, puzzles, and a golf simulation room! As beautiful as the community is, that's not even my favorite thing about living here. Every member of the staff is truly amazing. Special shout out to Eddie, Joe and Jaxon. They are always smiling, and quick to help with anything you need. The community is impeccably clean, maintenance staff is professional, knowledgeable and quick to respond to any maintenance requests. I love living in the clouds at the Residences. Thank you to the entire team for making this such a great experience!

I'm an Amazon Delivery driver and have been to many apartments in downtown Seattle, majority have Lockers, Mailrooms, Package Rooms, Concierge you name it for deliveries NOT THIS PLACE if you plan to live here and hope to receive ANY packages from Amazon on time or at all GOOD LUCK, compared to other apartment complexes I've delivered to the receptionist at this location is the worst of all, come up with any poor excuse to not let you up or deliver ANY packages to the residents whatsoever. FOR A PLACE THIS EXPENSIVE TO NOT HAVE ANY LOCKERS OR PACKAGE ROOM FLR DELIVERIES IS A JOKE, I've seen smaller complexes with more professional management and delivery acceptance methods! Just my 2 cents but I'd NEVER choose to live here based off how many unhappy residents I've had to deal with trying to deliver to this location. *Update to response to my review. I've asked multiple times whenever I attempted to deliver and door to door delivery is not available whatsoever, the concierge would not allow me or buzz me up to deliver door to door while on some occasions buzzing up and letting ubereats & doordashers go up in front of me.
