Sea Fox has lots of glowing reviews, so I was excited to apply and hopefully live there. I called repeatedly over the course of several weeks, at varying times of day, and couldn't get ahold of anyone in the office. After weeks of attempting to reach somebody, I was finally able to talk to someone and then I took the steps to begin applying. They let me know a unit that met my needs was available, and all I had to do was pay the $40 background check fee and we could move forward. Excited, I sent the money and was told it could be between 3-5 business days before I heard back. It's been several months now, and I never heard a word. (I have applied to numerous apartments in the last 6 months; I know for a fact I cleared the background check.) It's incredibly frustrating trying to reach management, and they took my money and never bothered to help me move forward (or communicate that they were unable to do so). Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

I paid $40 to submit an application, called them after over a week of waiting, and some woman answered the phone with just a "hello". she said they had a few more applications to go over before choosing a tenant. never heard anything back about the apartment. they also don't answer emails.

Updated entry 2023: I've now been living at Sea Fox for 2-1/2 years and am still very happy! This is a relatively quiet place. The other residents are all relatively nice and easy to get along with. Tami the Manager is the best! She does a very good job and sets the tone for us all to be well taken care of. The maintenance person is super nice and does a great job too! Original entry 2020: Im very fortunate to have gotten a place here. Ive been in two other apartment complexes in the area. One, a larger place was over $1,900/mo. The other, a relatively small place was over $1,300/mo. Both were more money than I wanted to spend. I carefully studied all the places in this area wanting to find a place with a much lower rent. I found many in the $1,100-1,200 range but they were either Section 8 which I didnt qualify, or they were terrible places that I would not want to live. Sea Fox however kept coming up and standing out as a place that is decent, yet in the price range I wanted. I was very fortunate that a place came available to me. Eric the Community Manager was superb to work with. I found him to be very supportive and welcoming. Ive now been here a month and Im very happy with the people that live here. Ive found them to be very nice and comfortable people to be with. Im grateful to the ownership for creating a great environment at a reasonable price. I would recommend not only Sea Fox but the owners if they have other places.
