The very best building in Seattle! From the friendly and hospitable concierge team to the super helpful folks in the office to the quick and thorough engineering team, every need is addressed. And the rooftop! Wow - what a lovely place to live. I can't recommend it enough.

Ive been here the past five months and its been a great experience! Concierge and leasing has been amazing! Especially Michelle in leasing, who got me set up with my apartment and continues to be super helpful! Very happy to have found a home here!

Recently moved and loving the property so far. The staff has been extremely helpful. From management to concierge to maintenance to security we appreciate what we see. Management does great job keeping the community informed of updates, which I love. I would like to give a big thanks to Talaia who helped us find our unit. Talaia kept in touch with us all the way and showed us everything we needed to know and has been helpful getting us acclimated here.

My wife and I have been living here for 2 months - and we are happy to say we have loved calling Helios our home. We have beautiful views of the city, a great walkable location, and a large living space. Weve enjoyed having friends and family over as well, taking advantage of the amenities -which are stunning. We also want to call out Talaia from the leasing office , who has been nothing short of perfect since we moved in. She has made sure all of our requests are handled right away, which we greatly appreciate. If you are looking for building-wide community events however, potentially look elsewhere. There are wonderful events run through building members which are great - but there is a lack of apartment organized events (which may be desirable to some) We are excited to call Helios our home and look forward to our future here!

Helios was my home from March 23-24. It was my first apartment in Seattle and it was amazing. I had beautiful views of Elliot bay and the apartment was very well lit even on a generic gloomy Seattle day. The amenities were really great. The highlight for us was the roof. It was great for hosting people and parties and also for just having our morning tea. Lastly but not leastly the concierge and leasing teams were really nice. It was so nice to come back from a long vacation and have a familiar concierge person smile back. Shoutout to the maintenance teams as well for usually resolving our issues under 24 hours most of the time. There's only one kinda major con to the building and that's parking. Unless you pay for a reserved parking be prepared to drive around in circles 3-5 floors down to park. Oh and homelessness is a (minor) issue but given its proximity to Pike Place and Target and the infamous 3rd street McDonalds, I guess that's bound to happen.
