The Dex | South Lake Union Apartments

The building and apartment is beautiful. There is a lot of natural sunlight that shines through with all of the large windows. I love it. I havent had any real issues, but management is super responsive and helpful when anything comes up. Location is convenient. Its in between a few different neighborhoods so there are lots of options for food if you like to get takeout like I do. Having Lake Union right down the street is awesome as well. I would definitely recommend living here if you get the chance!

We have lived at The Dex for around 5 months. The building is well-kept, management is knowledgeable and accommodating. Location is convenient and steps away from many of Seattle's prime attractions. The interior has tasteful finishes that matched well with our existing furniture. We love walking our dog along South Lake Union, or going to dinner at Canlis right up the street. I can highly recommend living at The Dex if you are searching for a convenient location and welcoming atmosphere.
