I been living here for nearly 5 years. For the most part I have loved it here. It is very quiet and peaceful. Unfortunately, over the past year there have been major issues with dog feces being all over the property. In the grass, in the road, even on the sidewalk. My kids are constantly stepping in it. Every time they get off the school bus they have to watch where they step. We tried talking to the manager and were told to take video or pictures next time even though they claim to have surveillance cameras. I love dogs but I dont necessarily like stepping in their feces. Its completely out of control. We recently got a new manager so hopefully we see some change.

Upper Management recently sent out an email in regards to trying to get tenants to submit a 5 star review on google and if they did then they were entered to win $50. So if youre looking at sudden 5 star reviews that is why they are popping up all of the sudden. Paying for a good review is never good. It is advertised as luxury living it is quite literally the opposite.
We have lived here for about 4 months and although management is kind and attentive it is the tenants that will make your life hell here. People here will leave their dogs and cats loose, all breeds are accepted apparently, dog droppings are everywhere, cars get scratched up, trash is always over flowing, tenants in general have no respect for the buildings or others. I had a list of issues in which was told things would be handled and all of the minor things that didnt involve other tenants were fixed the rest are stagnant which is why after 120 days we are moving. For how much you pay youre better off in neighboring communities.

Love my townhouse apt. I was in a two bedroom now in a three. Like the layout plans for the apt. Very open feel. I am in my 5th year at Quail Springs. Management is great! When something happens and I need repairs they are right in it. Our grounds are kept up. Love the location, near shopping, freeway access.

I really enjoy living here. Theres dog bags next to the trash cans incase your dog went to the bathroom. Also plenty of parking if you have more than one car! Our maintenance guy is always on top of his game. He fixed my closet within the same day of me telling them my door fell off.
