Worth checking these out if you're looking for a higher class apartment and still affordable (depending on when you rent/if rent specials are being offered) in a good location, very close to grocery stores/just about everything. Lots of grass for kids to play and right next to a school and park. Good layout inside with upscale features like quartz countertops, above average lighting fixtures, plank flooring, and stainless steel appliances. The one downside is the walls could be better insulated so you are able to hear the neighbors, but they are apartments... Overall I'm really happy with choosing to live here. They have good customer service as well if you ever need help from the office. There are also secured lockers for package delivery so you can pick up your packages 24 hours a day and a 24hr gym. Highly recommended.

I waited another year to reevaluate the place because management was changed . I still live here for 4 years now . I must say that things have changed and perhaps slightly improved , but their weakest point is the maintenance services . For the amount of money you pay , it is not worth it . Last night the heating unit went out with temps outside around 28 F . The apartment temp was dropping in the apartment from 66 to 62 F . While this is considered an emergency , they were unable to provide repair from Friday till Monday !!! 72 hrs for emergency services . The best they could do is bring in a portable unit that cannot even keep a single room warm . My apartment is 3 bedroom and with kids you can imagine what that means . Despite multiple calls , the best advice I got : go and buy heating units and return them on Monday !!!! What a joke
