I am currently relocating out of state and I have to say that Christina is by far the most accomendating person I have talked to thus far. She has gone out of her way to make sure all my questions and concerns are answered and has been nothing but professional through the process. I feel like this is definitely the place I will rent from once I make my move.

Edit1: I have been here for well over a year now and have had no complaints so far. Christina (the property manager) is very resourceful and prompt with any issues pertaining to maintenance or any apartment-related questions in general. There has been no visible decline in service after the change in management. The maintenance is top-notch, and all the (minor) service requests were fixed within a day or two. Older review: I signed a lease very recently. Anique was very helpful with the entire leasing process. The apartment complex is well maintained, and since it was built in 2018, the appliances are pretty much brand-new. The only downside is the lack of any convenience store nearby, but for people working/studying in PNNL north campus / WSU campus, this place is located very close to work/school. Definitely would recommend!
