This place is right if you have the right skin tone to match! Don't overstay 1 year; you'll be targeted to evacuate!! Management is minimal and there is always a new person performing new duties around the grounds, making it difficult to trust anyone unfamiliar on the property. Complaints are usually handled within 72 hrs... Colleen will act as if she relates but will eventually show her true colors as the rental agreement persists. I am currently in dialogue with fair housing due to the injustices I have witnessed during my lease agreement here at Brass Lamp. Will keep you posted! Oh and ask for mildew records!!!

They buildings are a little older, however Colleen was amazing to rent from. The apartments were quiet and if you needed anything fixed they were more than happy to help. If we hadn’t moved to a new city we would probably still be there.

Coleen is an incredible person and manager. This is the best place I've ever lived in the Tri Cities.

I lived here for a year and I loved every second of it! the apartment manager and maintenance lady are amazing! and such a good price for the space provided. Everyone in the neighborhood is really friendly too! and its right next to barracudas which has the best coffee in tri cities! I would rent here again in a heartbeat.
