The flea issue you hear from everyone is true. Also the fact that they tried to do a drawing for 5 star reviews. I unfortunately fell victim to that but I just deleted my last review due to the change in treatment weve been getting after they got what they wanted. They used to be nice when we first moved in. Now it seems as though were being targeted for different things while others get away with the same pointless stuff. Such as, getting blamed for dog poop that isnt ours (we always pick ours up), and the parking issues. Youre only allowed one vehicle in the parking lot but when you ask La Dean, the property manager, where she would like you to park when theres no street parking left she either wont answer or will give you the number to the city as if its their problem to fix. Theyre also working on kicking people out who they just dont like, which is wrong. It shouldnt be personal preference. We will also probably be asked to leave because of this review but Im almost tempted to do so anyways bc of the issues weve been facing. Were about to have a baby and Ive never been more scared to raise one in a place like this. They tell you when you first come that they take care of this property better than the other but being here for the last 6 months Ive seen none of that. They even charged me to repair a leak under my sink that had been there since we moved in ($70, for time and the $25 part they insisted on purchasing). Theres also no security light in the dog area so good luck finding the dog poop that they refuse to pick up during the day. Weve mentioned the light and to them, they can see just fine when they go out at 5pm. Try going out at midnight when the dogs have to go and its pitch black. Its unsafe and theyve also been told that. Very long story short as I can probably type all day, DONT MOVE HERE!!!

Management needs to be re-evaluated the worst people to deal with. If you want to have your home infested with fleas look no further you are home! Not to mention the shotty work done.

They offer gift cards for the 5 star reviews. The manager is homophobic and has discriminated against my partners and I. During my residency, not only has Ladean lied, she has also tried to evict residents based off the fact she doesnt like them. Would give 0 stars if I could. Attempt after attempt of reporting cars without passes, she messaged my unit saying our cars would get towed, the same cars we have reported. This car issue started after she discovered Im part of the LGBTQ community. Before she discovered this, she has only treated me poorly. Never smiling, never saying hi back, purely ignoring issues when brought up too. The complex is also flea ridden. Fleas arent treated for here it seems for the outside pet areas. They dont respect their residents and never call back when leaving a message.

Really love this place. I have been inside a few of these units and they are always well taken care of and clean. As a vendor you never know what type of people you are going to work with but Regina and LaDean are some of the best management Ive seen from an apartment complex. Always on top of everything and always using top quality services. I would highly recommend living in this complex!!

I have lived at the Enclave of West Richland for 8 years now.I have enjoyed my time living here and am extremely pleased with the new management.I believe that this complex is being run more efficiently then ever
