Tri-Cities Terrace

I live here and I am grateful for it. It's a quiet place. Safe and cozy. I've been here over a year now and it feels like home to me.

This is a HUD Senior Living building. You must apply to live here. If you qualify, you are put on a wait list. I was on list for 6 months. There are 2 buildings, Tri-Cities I and Tri-Cities Terrace II. Both buildings have 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartments,with a total of about 500 square feet. Kitchen is basic, no dishwasher. In a kind of commercial area - grocery store, pizza place west across the street. Diagonally across intersection is Walgreens. A doctor's office building (with a Senior Clinic, which has been my doctor of choice for 20 years), and an Urgent Care facility share the parking lot with the Terraces. Parking is available most of the time, but tenants have the priority. I like my apartment on the north side of the building. I have trees to look at! Good place to live!
