Perfect location and the apartments are great. Ive lived at many apartment buildings and Old Town Lofts is by far my favorite. Christina, Daniel and Tom have been so helpful since I moved in a year ago

I love this community! The modern styling of the apartments is what drew me to this place and the location is what keeps me here. Redmond is an awesome place to live.

After living here for several months, I feel comfortable leaving an honest review. So far, I've thoroughly enjoyed living at Old Town Lofts and actively recommend it to folks who are looking for a new home in the heart of Redmond. The leasing office was very kind and helpful with my urgent move-in from hours away, Lisa in particular ensured I was set up for success both in the application process and at move-in. The service team took care of my service requests at the beginning of my lease right away (thank you, Ian!) and have been nothing but respectful when entering my home. Advice for moving-in: if you are moving-in while the office is closed, rent or borrow a dolly. You're going to want it. The office has a dolly to borrow during office hours though! There's a wide variety of floorplans to pick from. North-facing is great for people-watching over Downtown Park, and south-facing has a lovely view of the Connector Park and the forest across the street. The Sammamish trail is just a few minutes walk west! Keep in mind that you are in the heart of downtown Redmond. You get all the convenience of being in the city, like everything being super walkable (Cleveland Street was even recognized as a "Great Street in America" in 2019), and all the noise of a downtown as well. Be aware of your surroundings. There's a package locker for your deliveries and fobbed/code entry for both the exterior doors and the elevators, but be mindful of holding the door for others. If you don't know them, don't provide access. Redmond is growing exponentially, so we must all have a community-based mindset and stick together as the population gets more stacked on top of each other. Watch each other's backs, be courteous of your neighbors, and email the office if you have any questions or concerns. They're quite communicative and willing to assist within their means.
