(Just editing to add: They've sent debt collectors on me for a lease agreement I never signed. Just thought you should know that.) I lived here for 8 years before new management took over. Let me take you on a trip of my past 12 months. Theyll assign you a parking spot, then send out monthly emails asking you to remind them whos in what parking spot. Theyll say to your face theyll have something done by tonight, but then when you ask about it the next day, they wont remember what youre talking about. Theyll call a tow truck on your car in the spot they assigned you because construction needs it. But hey, if you can move it before the tow truck gets there, you can avoid a fine. Theyll move you out of your apartment with 5 days notice into a much worse apartment, then accidentally increase your rent to current market rates. Oops! Theyll treat you like a criminal in official communications for not paying the rent they tacked 150 dollars onto on the second day of the month, but the leasing office people will be hurt if you direct any kind of annoyance at them. Its not their fault! Oh, and because you didn't pay the entire rent, there's also an added late fee. You might be able to convince the leasing office to remove it, but only if you make a stink, and then theyll heavily imply youre being weird about it for even questioning the fee. Theyll send you to collections for daring to move out, because surprise! You now have to pay a random unexplained, unlisted 750 dollar fee. Money now please! They'll refuse to give you your security deposit back because they lost it, and despite your attempts to contact them, they'll never reply to you. But you better believe they'll be on your butt for the $750 you 'owe' them but won't justify. All this and much more Ive personally experienced. Dont move here, at all costs. You can find some place better.

Timely turn around for work orders and very communicative and responsive when emailed/questioned on any concerns, maintenance is quick and responsive to household issues and resolved my problems as soon as I moved in
