Lived here and even worked here for a period of time. Many facets of the apartments are poorly designed. Insulation is terrible. I had to weatherstrip my own window while I lived here because cold would pour in and I could not sleep. Half the people I was going to originally live with did not want to move into the unit we lived in because of how horribly laid out it was. For tenant/prospect knowledge: Many tenants treat the place like absolute crap and wear down the staff who work there to the point they simply no longer care, hence why turnover is so high. I had the same thing happen to me - upper management is also poor and pushes good people out instead of working with them when they're reaching a breaking point, which is why you see so many reviews saying the staff are good, now they're rotten in a perpetual pattern. HNN in general has gone downhill since they changed CEO's. Quite a few people I work with now came from HNN originally. People tell us about it when they come to tour our properties... You get the idea. I oversee multiple properties and one of them was even a finalist for property of the year in 2023, so I'd like to think I have a small idea of what I am speaking about. I remembered a name from someone who left a different review because I strongly disliked them after they moved into a low income complex and expected the Taj Mahal, but their other points are all valid. I periodically check in on reviews here just to see if things have hopefully improved for the actually good tenants here, and sadly, it looks like things have just continued to go downhill. Sad to see for a place I cared so much for stuck in a perpetual loop of sadness.

The apartments are spacious. Thats where the pros end. Do not expect any value other than a roof over your head from this place. We have nice amenities which are only available when the office staff decides they want to show up to work that day. There have been several times where we reserve pool time and they are closed when we show up to use it. They dont even have the courtesy to adjust the availability. You just have to hope that they decided to work that day and you can use the amenities. - We have a neighbor who smokes in their home and we can smell it. We reported it and the office has done nothing about it. -There has been a fire alarm panel that has been going off constantly and nothing has been done, they just expect people to put up with the beeping all day. This is all very frustrating given they raised our rent substantially this year. They really expect us to pay more while they remove access to the amenities and staff. I would like them to make that make sense.
