      image I will never again rent from this place again! It's highway robbery to take the remaining balance of a full month's rent and not refund it on a prorated basis after move out! The owners are ripping off tenants and pocketing sheer cash for 21 remaining unused days! Nothing was mentioned on initial signing that this would be the case. Moved out on the 9th of March and they did not prorate to refund me the remaining time. Seek storage rental elsewhere! They are a ripping off!!!

      Hi Athena,We appreciate you taking the time to review your experience at Linden Park Heated Storage though we are disappointed to hear that it was not the great experience we strive to provide each customer. We understand this rule is frustrating, but it is in two places in your rental documents: once in your Lease and once in your Rules and Regulations. The Lease states in the Termination section "Owner does not prorate rent upon move out; only full months’ prepaid rent shall be returned to Occupant after vacating the Storage Space." The Rules and Regs states "Owner does not prorate out rent; only full months’ prepaid rent shall be returned to Occupant after vacating the Storage Space." This has to do with limitations in the payment processors available for storage facilities. We will review this policy to see if there are alternatives to handling mid-month move-outs that we could adopt to create a better experience for our customers. Thank you again for the feedback, we take every bit of feedback seriously to improve.

      image I did not expect such outstanding customer service when I called to inquire about a storage unit. It only got better with the tour to signing the contract and the follow upJulie is the best! The storage facility is clean and secure. We were able to view our options and find a unit that fit our needs. I am very happy we chose Linden Park! Thank you.
