Easy process to get in and find the place. Do not come here before you have to go to work. I got here and just waited. They were not unkind; they were moving slowly. Other multicare lab facilities have a better system for getting patients in and out. They were super pleasant, so that makes up for the time.

Phlebotomist did a great job. Didn't feel needle going in. Love all the jokes on the cabinets. Waited a little bit to get in. It's like everyone came in at the same time. Had kinda a hard time finding the office but would come again.

Hubby and I walked in with my son at 844 am and got in within a few minutes. Jess (I believe her name was) did the blood draw for my 15 yo who has autism and was very anxious about getting his blood drawn. Jess talked him throughout the process and knew exactly how to calm my son down having a child with autism herself. Jess made it a great experience for my nervous son who didn't even know she was doing the draw and now my son knows getting his blood drawn does not hurt AT ALL. Thank you JESS!! We will be back to see you for his future blood draws!
