        The lady at the Puyallup location is BEYOND rude! I had an appointment TWO days in a row.  She would not help me yesterday because she said I didn't have an appointment and she would not even look at my confirmation.  My company made another appt today and she wouldn't help me because my mask had an American flag on it!!! Are you kidding me?? I will NEVER use Quest again.  Not to mention you cannot talk to anyone by phone.  Ridiculous.

        Maybe they listened to the previous reviewers, because I received excellent service at this office. The receptionist was friendly and helpful when people arrived (yes, you sign in on an electronic stand); and the phlebotomist was courteous and professional,  explaining each step of my multi-procedural visit before they occurred. I was afraid I was going to be walking into a dark hole, but I was pleasantly surprised.
