Got to the lab at 0855 hrs on 7/6/22 sat and waited for 35 mins for them to call 4 numbers, as they are having long conversations with the patients about nothing concerning blood or health issues. Draw the blood and that's that. I mean how long does it take to draw blood.

I needed blood work done. I walked in and was seen right away. In and out in under 10 minutes.

I walked in for a blood draw and had 1 person in front of me. I waited approximately 30min to have my number called. The technician then took back another woman who had JUST arrived because she had questions. I said, "you just called my number" and she asked me to continue waiting while she spoke to the rude woman that wouldn't wait her turn. I waited an additional 10min before just walking out. Not because of the wait because I understand it was a walk in visit, but because of the technician making me wait longer for someone that didn't wait their turn. I immediately went to another lab and was in & out in 10min with 2 people in front me. Terrible service at this location.
