Atlas 236 Apartments

I was a resident here for 2 years. The community is small and that made it much more enjoyable as far as not having to worry about a busy/ loud area. Atlas will always be one of my favorite stays Ive had in Washington. It was clean & cost effective. I moved to be closer to work but if I could work remote Id come back in a heartbeat. Tennessee and his team take great care of this place & I will miss it for sure. Any concerns I had Tennessee and members of his team were very quick to respond to me and reach out to help me. The complex is very safe & my unit neighbors were very considerate & quiet. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new apartment. I have so many great things to say. Area is convenient and tucked away from all the craziness the city brings.

It's a nice place to live. The community is perfect. Good environment and a quiet and safe area. The members of the leasing office are friendly and nice. They respond to our requests very quickly and do a very good job.

Been living here for a month and my husband and I are so happy here. The move-in process was a breeze, and the entire staff was so helpful with everything. All the tenants are quiet and nice so far, and we have loved all the amenities. I feel super safe walking our dogs too. So happy to live here.

I have been a member of the Atlas 236 community for 1 year and I have to tell you how much I appreciate all that the Property Manager, Tennessee, and the entire Bona Vista/Atlas 236 Team does for the community. They go above and beyond each and every day. They are extremely kind and thoughtful. The entire team's customer service skills are beyond incredible. They are very quick to respond and have been great whenever I needed any help from the maintenance team. The property is beautiful and is kept very clean and safe. The entire team are all very kind and responsive. I have nothing but positive feedback and that is extremely rare. I wish I didn't have to move! I will miss this level of care and can't thank this team enough!!

Tori and staff have been wonderful for the whole moving experience. I've only been here for a month, but so far a great experience and community. They are always there to answer my questions. The community is always clean and maintenance are friendly and very responsive.
