        So happy Devin is back and working on getting everything fixed for everyone etc he's the best nicest most amazing manager Capri could ever have, he always knows what to do and how to get it done right, and he nicely checks on residents, and makes sure people working on units aren't trying to soak up time, other managers would just sit in the office and sometimes avoid people or issues, Devin tries his best to make sure people dont have issues with their units and are happy, with him around even people that didn't get along before, get along great, even i had a neighbor that wasn't on good terms with me but now we are happy to chat and we even get things for each other! We all hope he stays with Capri, also glad Omar the main maintenance man will be staying with Capri as well, he is the best we have had as well! So happy!

        I honestly really enjoyed living in this apartment. It is very affordable and I also love how the the property manager is very involved and always ready to help. The cleanliness is impeccable :)

        It is very small for the price... the water, drainage and garbage cost you a lot, the paint comes off the walls. The closet doors don't work,

        I am stuck in the lease here. I work all of the time and so does my husband so we toured online. Paid over 4k to move in- the place looks amazing online. The dryer was broken when we moved in, they fixed, I have been without one now for 4 days. Also, it vents in the apartment, ventilation does not go outside. Water is yellow from all faucets. There are bubbles in the ceiling and the cabinets fall aprt. You were warned.
