Doc Carnes came in and directly said "So you are hear to strong arm me for antibiotics". It was a little shocking. Then I read he was in the military for 23 years so he's a no BS guy. I indeed had a sinus infection with an infected ulcer in my nose. So I got my antibiotics.

The care and diagnosis I received was excellent. The nurse and the doctor both listened to my symptoms carefully and were able to prescribe an effective treatment.

Went to urgent care for heavy bleeding at 18 weeks pregnant, saw the triage nurse and was told to wait in the lobby for a room, after waiting and wondering if I should go to the ER instead, I asked the front desk how long and was told I would have to provide a urine sample (I couldnt for a while as I had gone when the bleeding started and explained that) before they could see me. They were too busy messing around showing each other videos on their phones to bother asking the nurse. Left immediately to the ER where they immediately preformed ultrasounds to make sure I wasnt having a miscarriage. This was on 05/17 at 9:00am.
