Passed out and hit my head and knee on the floor during my appointment on 3/19. Chart notes for my aftercare summary were inaccurate or missing necessary information. Contacted via MyChart on 3/20. It was sent to my PCP in error. Called and asked it be routed to who I saw on the 19th. 3/22 follow up phone call asking for an update. Only update was the message was forwarded. 4/1 and still no response. Do better.

I went into this walk-in and got a test done, two days later I get a call from this clinic from someone who clearly doesnt know any details and is just reading from my chart. She stated that I needed to immediately go to the the emergency room to receive IV antibiotics. I tried asking the person some follow up questions as I was confused with why I would need to do this as I was feeling much better, but no more information could be provided to me. Over the next two days I researched online and couldnt find a reason why I would Need IV antibiotics at this stage and called this clinic back 4 more times. Every single time they pulled my file and repeated the same information that I needed to go to the emergency room immediately for IV antibiotics. They had no interest in hearing out my concern that Im not sure if I need to go to that level as I was feeling better. Two days later, feeling 100% at this point I decided to go to the ER assuming they must know better than me as Im not a doctor. I am checked in and asked a series of questions by the ER nurse followed by two doctors who basically tell me since Im feeling better there is no need for IV antibiotics and that typically they never would suggest IV antibiotics unless it was worst case with worsening symptoms. They seemed confused as to why I would be told I needed to go to the ER in the first place. Now Im out hundreds if not thousands of dollars for a ER visit because this clinic insisted I needed to go to the emergency room for no reason. I have filed a complain and will update review as needed.

I was sent over to this station due to wait times at Riverbend. I found the service here exceptional. The reception folks were ready for me as soon as I walked in. The nurse and doctor were friendly, caring and very professional. I was impressed with the service and attitude here.

The doctor I saw went above and beyond to figure out what I needed and even reached out to the CDC to get more answers and the specialist she sent me too confirmed her diagnoses and treatment was spot on.
