Highland Animal Clinic and Pet Grooming

I brought my dog in for our first visit this morning. We just moved up here and he has an infected scratch that swole up and was bleeding and oozing. Dr Sargent squoze us into his schedule just a couple hours after I called. My dog is an abuse rescue that doesn't like men who shave their heads, well Dr Sargent shaves his head but my dog only barked at him for 15 seconds and then he had him eating treats out of his hand right away. After 6 weeks he still bites my brother in law... Office and exam room were clean and smelled good. Anyways, Dr Sargent was not only awesome with my dog, he was very friendly, explained anything and everything, and the best part was he did not try to pad the bill! It's been years since I found an honest vet that doesn't add a bunch of extras to pad the bill. Thank you for that Dr Sargent, that makes it so much easier for a retired veteran to get quality vet care for her animals. Great vet, great person. I highly recommend and will be using this veterinarian from now on.

We brought our Chinese Crested Powderpuff into the vet for a skin condition. Dr. Donaldson was friendly and thorough. She didn't rush through the visit. She spent time examining Bijou and explaining and offering solutions.

We recently switched vets from one in Standwood to Highland Veterinary. We had an emergency with one of our kittens and Dr. Sargent and his staff were so helpful and very caring. We look forward to bringing the rest of our furry family members for their routine checkups and shots.
