Washington Water Heaters

I had a tankless water heater installed to replace our electric one. Tom was super attentive and knowledgeable. He is efficient with a very calm and friendly demeanor. I got 4 quotes including his and his came in on the low end. What really sold me is how friendly and non-salesy he is. He presented multiple options and asked what my needs were and then narrowed it down to what would be best. He really let's the customer choose what they want and doesn't pressure you. I thoroughly enjoyed working with him and highly recommend his company.

Called in mid morning, the dispatcher was polite and asked all the correct questions, gave a true quote over the phone, set up an appointment for later the same day. The installer was prompt, courteous, and prepared. He came with a replacement water heater and all additional replacement parts, we had hot water an hour later. Superb job, if I could give more than (5) stars I would. Highly, very highly recommended. Tops in my book!!👍
