Very Professional and quality Toilet installation on 7/11/22. Issue with water supply line original placement in wall posed a problem, but Tom was able to come up with workaround pipe extension that looks great and fixed the issue without having to go into the drywall to move the supply line. TP plumbing did several jobs for us (repairing an old, shattered sewage system, installing a kitchen sink and installing two other faucets, replacing a hose bib, and several other fixes). They came quickly, gave a free estimate, did the work a couple of days later, did not bill for a trip charge, and especially, were transparent about how they arrived at the bill. TP Plumbing & Drains LLC was a great company to deal with. I was without hot water for almost 5 weeks. 3 other plumbing places had kept putting me off during that time. I called T.P on Wed, ll/10/21 and they came around noon on 11/11. By 3:30 the work was done and I had hot water again. TP was not only prompt, they were efficient, did good work, were polite and professional. On July 9th my husband and I could hear water running what we thought was inside our home. After several minutes of listening we located a burst pipe underneath our front deck. One we were able to find the pipe we called TP Plumbing. He immediately responded to our plea for help and was onsite within 15 minutes. He crawled down where the pipe was leaking and determined that the pipe had a hole in it about the size of a dime. With water running out and all around our foundation Tom immediately shut of the water to our house. Because we are on a community well it also shut off water to about 6 of our neighbors. He quickly was able to put a shut off valve on our pipe which enabled him to turn water back on for the neighbors. Then he went to work, he had all necessary parts to complete the job. We were so grateful for his quick response time and his ability to keep our foundation from being flooded by the leak. I highly recommend TP Plumbing & Drains for any needs you may have.
