The plumber came today to install a hydrant. He was out 1 week ago to give a bid. He explained what he thought would work best for my situation. The day of the job he arrived promptly, was pleasant, knowledgeable, and did the job in the pouring rain.

Scheduled one week beforehand and let them know I'd only be able to do Sunday or Monday so I got scheduled for Monday. Then they send me an email on Wednesday asking how there service was when I hadn't even been served yet , then they call to ask if they could reschedule to Friday in which I repeated I'm not available any other days besides Sunday and Monday. Then Monday comes along for my appointment between noon and 2pm and they don't show or call , so I called them at 2:05 pm and they saw he won't be able to be there till around 3ish and if that would be OK? I said NO and I will not be needing there business , no respect for other people's time ! I'll never use this company now .

We highly recommend Dapper. They have installed our heat pump, furnace, tankless hot water tank and upgraded our electrical panel. Will have them come back to install hook up for a generator. Everyone is extremely friendly and professional as well as on time. We have had multiple neighbors now use them for various things. They also, have nothing but good things to say about them. Recently, we had some issue with the heat pump due to the wind storm. They came out immediately to locate the issue and fix it. Nothing but good things to say about them.
