It was okay, they monkeys were fun and the bags seemed nice but the associate that helped me was pretty rude and seemed that she would rather be doing something else; I believe her name started with a T but I cant remember the name. Regardless Id say I had a KipLame experience!

Thanks to Lucia , she really does an outstanding job! He is very patient, explains what you want to know and offers you a variety of products. I love this store because of its helpful and friendly staff. Also, I love its good prices and excellent quality in its products!

Their return policy is awfully strict compared to other stores. If the tags are cut off they will not refund you. I haven't had that kind of a problem any other place that I shop. I tried returning a handbag with the tags still attached within the 45 day period. The nanager wouldn't take it vack stating it had sticky stuff on it. I did try my itens in the handbag but never used it. I will never buy from this outlet mall again. Walmart, Kohl's and Amazon sell the same products. They are better on returns plus I pay sales tax for tge city I live in. I will also let all my friends know what happened so they don't buy from there.
