        Rudest staff Ive ever encountered in a Burberry ever! We stood in line, 7 people came out (6 in the store ) 4 staff working. They let 2 in, 3 come out they let 1 in. They dont acknowledge you at all! 1 staff member fluffed the same sweater over and over again so she didnt have to make eye contact. Zero curtesy to those waiting in line as far as updates on how long it will be. I tried calling the store for a product check and they hung up 4 times!!! I would avoid this store and encourage Burberry to do some quality control in this store and perhaps send a secret shopper in to really see how they operate

      • The prices in this outlet store are not cheap and there are no discounts. It is not recommended to go there. The waiters dont care about cutting the queue, but there is still a long queue.

        Waiting in line outside to go in was nearly a non-starter for me given it is winter and freezing out. Luckily Noone else wanted to waited so I only had a few mins of standing outside. The store staff were super helpful, there was a nice variety in store.
