Outstanding Service. Called in on two different occasions to purchase an item over the phone. Normally at many retailers you are generally given horrible service because you are a phone customer but in this case I was given 1-1 outstanding service. I then called back to have the clothing item shipped to me and again I was provided above and beyond level of service. Cant say enough!!!! Thank you

We had such a great visit at the store and picked up a few suits for my sister in law. Kate was super helpful and very patient with all our requests. We really appreciate all the great suggestions from Kate. Would definitely visit again.

The most judgmental sale associate (Long Blonde Hair). Don't waste your time here. She doesn't wanna do her job at all. No care for the customers. FYI, the two managers flirted with each other in front of us.

Went during memorial day weekend but the store was no so packed. Staffs were all friendly and helpful. I have been to many Theory stores and this location has the friendliest staffs (better than the one in Japan.)
