Payless ShoeSource

I have bought a lot of shoes from this company over the years. This location is convenient to get to, always clean and well stocked, and has friendly staff. Sign-up for their rewards program and you can get some great deals on shoes, slippers, purses, jewelry, socks....the list goes on. They have great kids items, lots of licensed characters.

If I could rate it a zero, i would. We were followed around the store like we were thieves and insulted for trying to use a Payless coupon. My parents were disrespected another staff member at this store. When I told her to watch her tone and that she had no customer service skills, she called the cops on me. If I don't judge you for looking younger and smaller then my 10 year old but have HUGE holes in your ears, you don't get to judge me for being black. I'll tell everyone I know about how racist the staff are here...TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE.

Kat Lankford was very friendly and helpful. I said I'd rate her highly on YELP but could not even find the Lakewood crossing location on YELP. I hope someone in power reads this and compliments her.
