None of the unit doors are able to fully close, found a crack needle in the hallway, when drying clothes you have to cycle twice, laundry does offer app pay however the service in there will keep you walking back and fourth for 15 minutes, poor ventilation and terrible mold problem, zero walk score (No sidewalk and on an extremely busy hill). Additionally other tenants will continuously park in your space. We also had to use tape on our screens due to all of the rips and holes.

My girlfriend and I were a little hesitant because of the bad reviews but after taking a tour and giving it a chance, we ended up loving it here! Our place is roomy and we love being in a quiet area because its very peaceful. We had a few minor issues in the beginning but our maintenance request was answered in a matter of days and our maintenance guy was awesome and professional! He even gave me his personal cell in case I needed extra assistance so big shout out to him. It did take two months for me to get a parking pass but theres so much guest parking it wasnt really an issue. Every time our friends come over theyre impressed with our new place and love the coziness. Will definitely be renewing lease when the time comes :) PS: only downside is we dont have an in unit laundry but we dont mind walking a few steps since its nearby!
