Be aware. They post listings with cheaper prices and as soon as you apply, they raise the rent a few hundred dollars more. I called the complex to confirm the price and ask about the unit. I applied and then went on the site and see the price and move in date for the same unit had been changed. It was $300 more per month than the original listing. Bait and switch.

Im very disappointed with management. Submitted maintenance request for mould in the bathroom roof, leakage of water from bathroom wall and peeling of the bathtub in November 2023 and never heard back or saw the maintenance team until after I followed up with a call in December thats when the maintenance team was sent to my apartment . they checked the roof and cut the section with mould because they suspect a leakage and mentioned to me that they will be back to seal the roof and also fix the rest of the issues. To date 1/28/2024No one has showed up despite the property manager calling me last week to let me know that someone would come fix the issues last week. I resubmitted new tickets today and did a follow up call to management and property manager tells me because of the chemicals that will be used to fix my bathtub I need to be out of the apartment for 48hrs for them to fix it. I try follow up with my other concerns and she quickly cuts me off and tells me that the maintenance team will be in my apartment tomorrow. First, they waited for 3 months to tell me this secondly I have been a leasing consultant before and it is the properties responsibility to arrange an alternative place where I will be housed when they are fixing the house. where do you expect me to go for two days yet I pay rent . Very disappointed and looking forward to not renewing my lease here.
