The maintenance service was done same day it was requested. Juan did a spectacular job and left us a note explaining what was wrong and how it was fixed. We really appreciated how quickly it was done and would definitely recommend. Thank you!!

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT rent here.
Parking
As others have mentioned, even if you pay for parking, there is no real enforcement off hours if someone ends up taking your spot. They also recently made about half of the open parking paid car ports, which makes it much more likely that other people will take your reserved spot. Living through this project was a nightmare - they made us all park across the street on very short notice and threatened to tow us if we didn't move within 2 - 3 days. All of this only to benefit greedy property management. Aside from this, a few people make their own makeshift spots now which creates so many congestion points on the property.
Rent pricing
During our lease renewal, they were already in the middle of both new construction projects on each side. That being said, they RAISED our rent 10%, with the excuse that we aren't directly facing the construction. This property management (Thrive) is the same company that is part of the anti-trust rent inflation lawsuit that is currently ongoing in Seattle. Even if you move in for a decent price, EXPECT to be gouged or be ready to spend money to move out after your first lease expires.
Apartment
If you don't live on the top floor, expect to hear your upstairs neighbors footsteps. These apartments were cheaply and poorly constructed. All door hinges creak, cheap wire shelves, and the single piece fiberglass showers make a loud boom sound when it cools down.

Parking is terrible and there's noisy leaf blowers multiple times a week you're forced to listen to for HOURS starting at 8 am. If you work nights RUN. You will never find a parking spot unless you shell out extra money for the parking garage and you'll be forced to listen to noise while trying to sleep.
