Elevate Apartments Lynnwood

We have been residents here for 6 months. Amber and Dennis have been great. The neighbors are friendly and the renovations are coming along great! The new colored and repairs are really making the place home.

Terrible property. Their remodel is just a surface level paint job. No sliders on drawers, joints in drywall are terrible full remodel but couldnt replace doors, sliders or windows. Theyll be redoing the lot and painting siding in the coming years, this place is going to be a construction nightmare/noisy as hell!

What a joke this place is. Since under new management rent skyrocketed, you have to pay additional services and parking. 2 days after putting in notice to vacate they want to come into your apartments before you even have a chance to movile anything to take measurements. Not only do they not respect your time they want to charge you for rent for a month that you are not going to be there because you moved out. Stay away from this place. They want to charge arm and a leg for a place that gets consistently robbed. Where is the added security you said you were going to hire?

This place recently went under new management and because of this, living here has been a nightmare. No sense of urgency when it comes to apartment problems, loud neighbors, robberies became more frequent, overall an unsafe and terrible place to be. Avoid if possible.

The office people here are really, seriously kind. We were introduced to Augusta Glen Apartments by friends, and the place in general is a nice place to live in for a short while. The streets are often times blocked by children, which can be dangerous for the driver, and the kids. Not a place to stay long-term, but still, somewhat a nice place.
