Very good facility and great personal service. But, their phone response is too slow. You have to wait 25-30 mins before someone picks up the phone (always 4 or 5 people ahead of you over the phone). Online portal is not available to everyone. It seriously needs to improve the response time too. If you leave a message, it takes them 48 hrs to respond to your request, leaving patient to suffer until then. :( I called them to inform about this problem and the lady over the phone said they are aware of the situation, they just have a very high call volume (which also means very high number of patients and very high revenue too and should be easy to spend a small amount to solve the problem, which she agreed with), but obviously couldnt help it. Its not a rocket science to hire more people to take message over phone and pass it on or just contract a call center to do the job.
