The lady who works at the desk is always so rude and has a terrible attitude. Always needs the last word edgewise. Totally unprofessional. It's her job to do intakes and get information and check you in and she is so put out and it's such an inconveniance to her. They need a new person working that position. Unpleasant is an understatement.

The office manager is the rudest person I have ever encountered, she should not be in the line of work where she has to engage with people. She seems to be on a power trip. My mother had an appointment at 3pm, we had her day all scheduled out full of appointments, we get there and the office manager says "nope, 3:30". We actually did have a 3pm appointment. She also always says she never gets referrals when doctors say they have sent them multiple times. My mother has to go and put the referral in her hand. These are only a few examples. The office manager causes a lot of anxiety and stress. Hanger, you need to find someone else.
