        Skintegrity in Kirkland permanently scarred my face negligently using the fraxel laser the wrong way. See those scars under my eyes? That's from their tech making repeated passes over this delicate area without allowing the area to cool down first. When I brought this to their attention, they tried to upsell another fraxel and when I refused they offered a microderm treatment that was also done negligently resulting in scratches on the side of my face and did nothing to remediate the damage they caused. Stay away from this company!! I basically paid them $1000 to ruin my face. The texture of my forehead doesn't even look like real skin. The texture is horrible. Makeup does not go on right because of my shriveling skin. This experience has left me so traumatized I can't even look at my own face in the mirror.

        All the ladies are very kind, understanding and professional! They answer all my questions and feels like they want to help me with my concerns. I looked high and low for a medspa that was clean, affordable, professional and with kind ladies. So happy to be a customer here! I bought a laser package here and they honored the price i found on Groupon. During their black friday special I purchased two packages for facials and micro needling. Had my first chemical peel today but I have been a customer here for a few months already.

        I went in for a lip injection, Juvederm. They put two injections in, and I didn't see any noticeable change. I got a free spider vein reduction and saw some change there, but not completely. They also tattooed my hairline, which cost me $3000, and I don't see a difference there either. I wanted to tattoo my eyebrows, but the owner told me he didn't have any idea how to do that, which seemed weird to me that they offered hairline tattooing but not brow tattooing. I got out of there.

      Cristina, anything less than a 5 star experience for our clients is unacceptable so I'm really sorry for your experience. With lip injections and cosmetic injectables we tend to be conservative because it's much easier to add more, than it is to take it away. We usually schedule a follow up appointment in a week or two to allow any swelling to subside so we can make an accurate assessment and then treat accordingly. We are in the business of selling cosmetic injectables so we would have been happy to use more, we just treat conservatively so that we can be sure you'll love the result opposed to taking all of your money upfront and hoping you do. In regard to cosmetic tattooing, scalp micropigmentation and brows are two completely separate skills and it’s not uncommon for a provider to specialize in one and not the other. You can rest assured, we don't charge anyone for treatments we aren't expert providers of. Again, we certainly could have charged you for brows despite not being experts but we don't do business that way. As for your Scalp Micropigmentation treatment, the density has to be built upon in 3 to 5 treatments and it looks like you didn’t come for your last 2 treatments. I can tell you our provider is as good as you will find and the result is guaranteed but you have to come to your appointments.
