My vehicle was done for a day or so, but I didnt receive a call back because the clerk who took my information originally did not work on Friday or Saturday. They should have a system where whoevers working that day calls back the customer if their car is done at service. I had to call after not hearing from them for a day+ and thats how I found out it was ready for pick up. Also, other dealerships, give their clients a complementary car wash and this one did not. Kind of a disappointment. The only person who did a great job was Mike in the parts department. Help me out with my problem, but went above and beyond Customer service wise. Im sorry I cant give Mike five stars and the dealership in general one star which is why I had to average it out to three stars. Also, this dealership does not offer oil changes for life while other dealerships do. All they have to do is figure out the cost with inflation over the years and give the customer a price to guarantee not just oil changes for life but also that the customer will return for other services too. Seems like a no-brainer, but apparently this dealership does not think of retaining clients.
