They do an amazing job over at Bruce Titus Ford. Our salesperson Roselynn is just awesome and so easy to work with. They are fair and I did not feel pressured. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family. Thanks for making buying a new car such a good experience!

We took my wifes car in because we saw a crack and leak in the front of the radiator. They diagnosed it was the ac condenser, which makes sense from looking at the part but that quick diagnosis where we already showed them the exact spot of the crack was $160. They wanted $2000 to do the repair which is a bit high so we declined the repair but still asked for them to do the oil change while they had it. They did the $70 oil change which is about right but took the initiative to add a $25 inspection without asking us. We took a chance going to a new mechanic out of convenience since it was closer, and that was a huge mistake. If you have a mechanic you trust go there instead.
