Yakima Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat

I made an appointment for my Jeep Wave oil change for 0700 July 27. I bought this Jeep here. I arrived at 0645 and checked in and they took the behicle. 40 minites later they called and said bad news they didn't have the oil for my jeep ( 5 -30 full synthetic) so I would have to reschedule. I drove 50 miles one way to get there. I'll never set foot near that dealership again!!!!

I was on my way to Boise for Drill weekend, Friday the 23rd of June. My fuel pump on my 07 Dodge Charger failed. AAAtow truck driver dropped me and my Charger off at Yakima Dodge, and they managed to fit me in right away. The service was awesome. Pat, the tech did an amazing job as well as Angel. They moved as fast as possible to get me back on the road as quickly as possible. My Hats off To the Yakima Dodge crew, I am extremely Greatful for what they did for me. Thank you Very much.

I'm not a contrarian or controversial character at heart but I feel the need to inform others. My parents bought me a ram 1500( not from this dealer) and eventually had a loud clanking noise, similar to rod knock. We took it in and were told it was the lifters making a ticking noise and got them replaced for about 1000. Didnt fix the issue. We left it at ram about a month and they said it might be the oil. 100 dollars later and an oil change and nothing changed .the final answer we were given with was " its an old truck and it has old parts so its going to make a loud clanking noise".when have you ever heard that? This happened about 2 years ago and now that im 19 i feel old enough to speak out about this issue. My parents are hard working people who spent 1000 dollars for the issue never to be resolved,do better ram.
