The blonde reddish haired leasing agent was not helpful at all he came off very rude and seemed so annoyed. We showed up today for our scheduled tour and the leasing agent was not welcoming at all. He asked when we were interested in moving in and we said June he then said I wont know what we have in June I asked if we could at least take a look he says I can only show you a model thats it he looked so annoyed that we wanted to view the model and barely said a word to us, there was so much awkward silence. This was our top pick until we showed up for our tour we are now no longer interested because he gave us zero info on the property. Didnt even mention any amenities or anything. Such a waste of our time to even show up today.

HIDDEN FEES! BAD BREAKERS! COLD AND NOT POORLY INSULATED. WHEN THEY WALK YOU THRU AND GIVE YOU THE TOUR, THEY LEAVE OUT MANY OF THE HIDDEN FEES/ CHARGES. THE RENT IS QUOTED AS ONE AMOUNT BUT YOUR BILLED SOMETHING DIFFERENT EACH MONTH. THE LOCATION IS GREAT BUT FOR $3000+ PER MONTH, I RECOMMEND YOU JUST RENT A HOUSE. YOUR WATER IS SPLIT UP BETWEEN ALL THE UNITS SO FOR SOMEONE THAT WORKS FULL TIME, I FEEL "JIPPED" KNOWING SOME PEOPLE IN THE BLDG ARE HOME ALL DAY OR SOME PEOPLE CLAIM TO HAVE 2 PEOPLE IN THE UNIT AND THERE ARE REALLY 8. BEING BILLED FOR THE "ACCESS" TO THE GYM/CABANA/POOL AREAS PER MONTH EVEN IF YOU DONT USE THEM IS RIDICULOUS AND IT CHANGES EACH MONTH FROM ABOUT $40+$60 AND NOONE CAN EXPLAIN IT. JUST RENT A HOUSE. CHEAP MATERIALS WHEN BUILT, THINGS DONT WORK AND FALL APART EASY, WALLS ARE SUPER THIN. GO RENT A HOUSE FOR THIS AMOUNT.
