    0 stars plz The management is horrible. Ive been waiting two months to get my sink fixed. They told me to use my dishwasher which is broken as well. I moved in Jan 4th and paid my deposit which they do owe me back before my lease ends, because they never physically did a walk-through in that unit with me coming from my attorney It took them from January 5 to February 17 to fix my toilet and I never got the new when I was told I would receive, the whole time I was using a fruit bowl to flush my toilet. Its funny how they want to send you a bill for your rent on the middle of the month but take you two months to fix an item broken in your apartment with that said my popcorn ceiling is falling on my floor and thats an health issue Ive told them but they never have time to come see or the manager is always sick smh or they clock on at 10:30 and close for lunch till 1 then they. Lose for lunch. They have more breaks then they work As for the valet they always complaining about picking up trash so I take mine to work so they need to be paying my back my $50 a month since Jan Oh no Im not down The maintenance oh my lord is another thing but thats going to be dealt with differently For them to come to my home telling me they gang members and they about that life and assaulting resident and get promoted is crazy Stephane the district manager is no help at all and Im tired of the villa hit they say This place is to much and they need to give me a better unit like they told me I would get. With a new toilet and a clean and proper sink in the kitchen dishwasher and non popcorn ceilings that have pop are falling on my floor and give me back my deposit Since I was never shown this unit before I moved in because they were too lazy to take me If you have the opportunity, dont live here cheap rent yes but a lot of hassle to get stuff fixed people breaking into cars. Having squatters living next to you is just too much. They need a better management team is sorry to say but the manager Hass to go. Shes not doing her job correctly and its causing a lot of issues and they will be sued if shes not gone. This is how I had to wash my dishes since they never came and I had to pay out of pocket for my sink to be fixed after 2 weeks of them not coming

    I drove by these apartments a few times and considered I walk in today to see if they could squeeze me in for a tour seeing I didnt call and schedule . There was only one lady in the office , I was helped right away .She was so nice, very warm . And had answers to all the questions me and my family had with this even being her second week. She showed us their furnished 2 bedroom. If you go tour here , ask for April! She was an absolute pleasure !
