Skyview 3322

We moved in to Skyview 3322 two weeks ago. The community seems to be thoughtfully laid out. Everything is convenient and easy to use. As with any new place we have a few things we needed maintenance to work on for us. Billy came out promptly as scheduled and working on our requests. He was able to quickly resolve most of our issues. The ones he couldnt were through no fault of his as we needed to order parts or schedule contractors which he promptly did. The apartment is a good size and well laid out. The two masters suites were the deciding factor for us.

The maintenance staff here is quick and super helpful. The community is under new management which is much batter than previous staff.

My experience here is hit or miss. Somethings worse than others as with anything. But parking sucks and is very limited, I do not recommend if you are used to having a bunch of guests. Nor if you have multiple cars. They only have a handful of visitor spots but you will be warned and then ticketed or towed if you stay in one of those spots for anymore than 2 days. I was able to pay my rent late without much issue or harassment. There is a $200 charge in doing so but I had to take the loss for a portion of my time here. I have put in a few service requests which were not too major but in doing so I discovered that the best thing about Skyview, is hands down the maintenance team of Billy and his right hand Rob.
